Wearing the mask or face cover

Wearing a mask or face cover is MANDATORY for all persons over 10 years old, when moving around the cinema.

Physical distancing measures in our theaters

- Our theater capacity is 250 people maximum, when the seating plan allows it.

- In order to respect physical distancing, the seating plan has been redesigned to leave one empty seat between each attendee and/or household.

- However, a limited number of tickets remain available at the cinema box-office only.

- The seats are numbered. You have to choose your seat while purchasing your tickets.

- No need to print your tickets. You will be able to present the virtual transaction receipt on your cell phone. You also will be able to pick up your tickets puchased online directly at the cinema box-office by showing the same credit card that was used for the purchase.

Ticket refund policy

In order to support your social economy enterprise, the Cinéma du Musée, and to limit the impact of possible cancellations, please consider donating your purchase by not asking for a refund. 

If you wish to receive a refund for your ticket, please contact direction@cinemadumusee.com and indicate your NAME and the last four digits of the card used during your transaction. 

The refund must be requested no later than 24 hours prior to your session.

Procedure with a moviecard to buy a ticket online

- If you have a MOVIECARD  with a barcode and that needs to be punched, you can buy your tickets online. You must choose the corresponding card (W Senior card, W Children card, W Youth card, W Regular card), then select your seat(s), and finally, on the last page, select the payment option"gift card", and enter your card number.
Please note that you need to present your moviecard upon arrival at the cinema. 

- If you have a PLASTIC MOVIECARD with a magnetic strip, tickets must be purchased directly at the theatre.

- You can buy a maximum of 2 tickets per screening with the same moviecard.

- No need to print your ticket. You will be able to present the virtual transaction receipt on your cell phone.

Procedure with a gift card to buy a ticket online

- If you have a GIFT CARD you can buy your tickets online. You must choose the corresponding category (General Admission, Senior, Youth, Children), then select your seat(s), and finally on the last page, select the payment option "gift card" and enter your card number. 

- No need to print your ticket. You will be able to present the virtual transaction receipt on your cell phone.

You bought a ticket with a credit card but never received your purchase confirmation?

- If you have not received your purchase confirmation, go back to the ticketing website HERE, click on "Récupérer transactions" and enter the last 4 digits of your credit card and the email address used for your purchase. You will then receive your ticket by email.

LITTLE GIRL (sta)
LITTLE GIRL is the moving portrait of 7-year-old Sasha, who has always known that she is a girl. Sasha’s family has recently accepted her gender identity, embracing their daughter for who she truly is while working to confront outdated norms and find affirmation in a small community of rural France. Realized with delicacy and intimacy, Sébastien Lifshitz’s documentary poetically explores the emotional challenges, everyday feats, and small moments in Sasha’s life.

RUMBA RULES, NEW GENEALOGIES (sta)
Permeating the daily life of one of the great orchestras of the current generation, RUMBA RULES proposes an incursion into the arcanes of a monumental African music. Ya Mayi, Lumumba, Xéna La Guerrière, Pitchou Travolta, Alfred Solo, Soleil Patron and many others: nearly thirty artists feed the creative life of the Brigade Sarbati Orchestra. By entering the group and the city of Kinshasa, the film gets into the rumba as if it were penetrating a rootstock. Through studio work, rehearsals and concerts, different portraits offer a foray into the dynamics and stories of this highly acclaimed Congolese music. From local roots to the patrons from the diaspora, the voices of Rumba Rules polyphony are past and present.

Alexandre is unemployed and his bank account has been frozen. His wife is on a two-month top secret nuclear submarine mission. While she’s away, he has to prove that he can take care of the children and find a job. Following a surreal interview, he is hired at The Box on a trial basis – and thus Alexandre enters the 24-7 world of a greenwashed start-up with a strict no-child policy. He meets Arcimboldo, who juggles different jobs and apps and offers to look after the kids in exchange for accommodation. Between Alexandre’s killer colleague Severine, incessant conference calls and endless team building sessions, keeping his secret is no easy challenge…
