December, 20, 2021 at 4:30 p.m

Dear moviegoers,

Following recent directives from Public Health and the government, the cinema will temporarily cease its activities as of 5 pm today, Monday, December 20, 2021.

We are obviously very disappointed for you, the moviegoers, who had (re)discovered the pleasure of going to the movies, but also very sad for our employees who are suddenly unemployed during the holiday season.

We hope that this effort will be temporary and short-lived.

Finally, we thank you for your continued support over the past few months. If you would like to continue to support us, you can always take advantage of our online store offers (gift cards, moviecards, various products) but also our online cinema offer which will be enhanced with new features starting Friday.

We look forward to welcoming you back, with a great program, as soon as possible! In the meantime, take care of yourself and your loved ones. We wish you a very happy holiday season.

Dear moviegoers,

Once again we are caught short by the evolution of the pandemic situation. In accordance with Public Health and government guidelines, as of Monday, December 20, our theatre capacity is reduced by half and, in order to respect the physical distancing, one seat will be left empty between each family bubble. Our staff will ensure that seating arrangements are respected.

Wearing a mask remains mandatory in the cinema. It may be removed temporarily once seated, while  eating food or drinking. It must then be put back on.

Tickets can still be purchased at the cinema box office, but we strongly recommend that you purchase them online: cinemadumusee.com

As we have done since the beginning of the pandemic, our priority remains to ensure your safety and that of our employees, while guaranteeing you an enjoyable and quality movie experience.
We thank you in advance for your cooperation.

The holiday season promises to be full of great movie releases. We look forward to seeing you in theatres!

> Update on sanitary measures:

The safety as well as the comfort of our patrons and employees is our priority.

As of Friday, October 8, 2021, we will implement the following measures based on the health standards set forth by the authorities:
- Vaccination passport and photo identification will be required at the entrance of the cinema for anyone over the age of 13.
- The wearing of a mask or face covering will be MANDATORY at all times, for anyone over 10 years old. The mask can only be removed once seated in the theatre, when eating food. It must then be put back on.
- There is no longer any need for distancing in the theatres, all seats can be occupied.
We still recommend buying tickets online.

August, 25, 2021, at 4:00 pm

As announced by the government, as of September 1st, a vaccination passport and proof of identity will be required at the entrance of the Cinéma du Musée,for all persons over 13 years old.
This proof can be presented in three ways :
- In a paper format
- In a PDF format on your mobile device
- From the VaxiCode application

To speed up your admission, please have them ready before your arrival.

This will necessarily cause additional wait time, even though additional staff will be deployed specifically to these tasks. We still encourage you to reserve your seat online and arrive 15 to 20 minutes before your scheduled movie time.

Failure to present the required documents will result in denial of access and no refunds will be issued.  It is therefore important to ensure that you have access to your vaccination passport BEFORE you purchase your ticket and BEFORE you arrive at the theatre.

We use the government certified VaxiCode Verif application. No personal data is collected or stored.

You are required to wear a mask while in the theater. Once you are seated, you are free to remove it or not.
